Text
On receipt of a notice pursuant to section3123.43of the Revised Code, the department of children and youth shall comply with sections3123.41to3123.50of the Revised Code and any applicable rules adopted under section3123.63of the Revised Code with respect to a license or certificate issued pursuant to this chapter.
