(A)Each county department of job and family services shall do all of the following:
(1)Accept any gift, grant, or other funds from either public or private sources offered unconditionally or under conditions which are, in the judgment of the department, proper and consistent with this chapter and deposit the funds in the county public assistance fund established by section5101.161of the Revised Code;
(2)Recruit individuals and groups interested in certification as in-home aides or in developing and operating suitable licensed child care centers, type A family child care homes, or licensed type B family child care homes, especially in areas with high concentrations of recipients of public assistance, and for that purpose provide consultation to interested individuals and groups on requ
