Text
(A)An eligibility determination made under section5104.34of the Revised Code for publicly funded child care is valid for one year.
(B)The county department of job and family services shall adjust the appropriate level of a fee charged under division (B) of section5104.34of the Revised Code if a caretaker parent reports changes in income, family size, or both.
