Text
The director of children and youth, in cooperation with the fire marshal pursuant to section3737.22of the Revised Code, shall adopt rules regarding fire prevention and fire safety in licensed type B family child care homes. In accordance with those rules, the director shall inspect each type B home that applies to be licensed that is providing or is to provide publicly funded child care.
