Text
Each child care center shall have on the center premises and readily available at all times at least one child care staff member who has completed a course in first aid, one staff member who has completed a course in prevention, recognition, and management of communicable diseases which is approved by the state department of health, and a staff member who has completed a course in child abuse recognition and prevention training which is approved by the department of children and youth.
