Text
(A)Whoever violates section5103.03of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than five hundred nor more than one thousand dollars.
(B)Whoever violates section5103.15,5103.16, or5103.17of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than five hundred nor more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
