(A)The director of children and youth shall certify the person's family preservation center if the center complies with all of the requirements imposed under section5103.614of the Revised Code and all of the rules adopted under section5103.617of the Revised Code.

(B)The director shall not issue a waiver to a person of compliance with any of the requirements imposed under this section or any of the rules adopted under section5103.617of the Revised Code. Last updated January 1, 2025 at 5:48 AM
