Text

(A)A residential infant care center may provide residential care for up to ninety consecutive days to an infant placed by any of the following with legal custody of the infant:
(1)A parent, guardian, or legal custodian;
(2)A public children services agency;
(3)A private child placing agency.
(B)As used in this section, "legal custody" has the same meaning as in section2151.011of the Revised Code. Last updated March 21, 2022 at 4:30 PM
