Text
The director of children and youth may suspend or revoke a residential infant care center's certificate pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code if the center violates or fails to comply with any of the requirements under sections5103.608to5103.6012of the Revised Code and, as applicable, the rules adopted under section5103.6018of the Revised Code or division (H) of section5103.13of the Revised Code.
