Text
(A)As used in this section, "firearm" has the same meaning as in section2923.11of the Revised Code.
(B)A residential infant care center that regularly maintains on its premises schedule II controlled substances, as defined in section3719.01of the Revised Code, may do both of the following:
(1)Maintain firearms at the facility;
(2)Permit security personnel to bear firearms while on the grounds of the facility.
