Text
A private, nonprofit therapeutic wilderness camp shall not operate without a license issued under section5103.50of the Revised Code. If the director of children and youth determines that a camp is operating without a license, the director may petition the court of common pleas in the county in which the camp is located for an order enjoining its operation. The court shall grant injunctive relief upon a showing that the camp is operating without a license.
