Text
A regional training staff's responsibilities shall include all of the following:
(A)Securing facilities suitable for conducting the training provided under section5103.30of the Revised Code;
(B)Providing administrative services and paying all administrative costs related to the conduct of the training;
(C)Maintaining a database of the data contained in the individual training needs assessments for each PCSA caseworker and PCSA caseworker supervisor employed by a public children services agency located in the training region;
(D)Analyzing training needs of PCSA caseworkers and PCSA caseworker supervisors employed by a public children services agency and other training populations described in section5103.30of the Revised Code and located in the training region;
