§ 5103.30 — Ohio child welfare training program

The Ohio child welfare training program is hereby established in the department of children and youth as a statewide program. The program shall provide all of the following:

(A) The training that section3107.014of the Revised Code requires an assessor to complete;

(B) The preplacement training that sections5103.031and5103.033of the Revised Code require a prospective foster caregiver to complete;

(C) The continuing training that sections5103.032and5103.033of the Revised Code require a foster caregiver to complete;

(D) The training that section5153.122of the Revised Code requires a PCSA caseworker to complete;

(E) The training that section5153.123of the Revised Code requires a PCSA caseworker supervisor to complete;

(F) The training required under section5180.4211of the Revised Code for a case manager and supervisor.
