Text
The Ohio child welfare training program is hereby established in the department of children and youth as a statewide program. The program shall provide all of the following:
(A)The training that section3107.014of the Revised Code requires an assessor to complete;
(B)The preplacement training that sections5103.031and5103.033of the Revised Code require a prospective foster caregiver to complete;
(C)The continuing training that sections5103.032and5103.033of the Revised Code require a foster caregiver to complete;
(D)The training that section5153.122of the Revised Code requires a PCSA caseworker to complete;
(E)The training that section5153.123of the Revised Code requires a PCSA caseworker supervisor to complete;
(F)The training required under section5180.4211of the Revised Code fo
