Text
As used in this section, "children with special needs" has the same meaning as in rules adopted under section5153.163of the Revised Code.
If the department of children and youth determines that money in the putative father registry fund created under section2101.16of the Revised Code is more than is needed to perform its duties related to the putative father registry, the department may use surplus moneys in the fund to promote adoption of children with special needs.
