(A)(1) A juvenile court shall conduct a review hearing of an agreement the court approves under division (B)(1) of section5103.15of the Revised Code once every seven months after the agreement is entered into if a final decree or interlocutory order of adoption for the child who is the subject of the agreement has not been issued or become final and the agreement is still in effect.
(2)A juvenile court shall conduct a review hearing of an agreement entered into under division (B)(4) of section5103.15of the Revised Code once every six months after the court is notified of the agreement if the agreement is still in effect and the court has not been notified that the child who is the subject of the agreement has been placed for adoption.
