Text
The department of children and youth may apply to the United States secretary of health and human services for a federal grant under the "Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act," 42 U.S.C. 5116, and the "Family First Prevention Services Act," 42 U.S.C. 50711, 50723, and 50741, to assist children's crisis care facilities certified under section5103.13of the Revised Code in providing temporary residential and other care to preteens.
