Text
(A)A county, township, or municipal corporation may revoke any conditional use permit issued by the county, township, or municipal corporation respecting real property used as a residential facility, if the operator of the facility fails to comply with the requirements of the permit or has failed to fulfill the requirements of a corrective action plan issued by the department of children and youth for a finding of noncompliance. The department may provide notification of the failure to fulfill the requirements of a corrective action plan to the county, township, or municipal corporation.
