Text

(A)A county, township, or municipal corporation may revoke any conditional use permit issued by the county, township, or municipal corporation respecting real property used as a residential facility, if the operator of the facility fails to comply with the requirements of the permit or has failed to fulfill the requirements of a corrective action plan issued by the department of children and youth for a finding of noncompliance. The department may provide notification of the failure to fulfill the requirements of a corrective action plan to the county, township, or municipal corporation.
(B)The county, township, or municipal corporation shall notify the holder of the permit either by certified mail or, if the county, township, or municipal corporation has record of an internet identifie
