Text
(A)For the purpose of determining whether a prospective foster caregiver or foster caregiver has satisfied the requirement of section5103.031or5103.032of the Revised Code, a recommending agency shall accept training obtained from either of the following:
(1)Any preplacement or continuing training program approved by the department of children and youth under section5103.038of the Revised Code;
(2)The Ohio child welfare training program pursuant to divisions (B) and (C) of section5103.30of the Revised Code.
(B)A recommending agency may require that a prospective foster caregiver or foster caregiver successfully complete additional training as a condition of the agency recommending that the department of children and youth certify the prospective foster caregiver or foster caregiver's
