Text
(A)Private child placing agencies and private noncustodial agencies operating a preplacement or continuing training program approved by the department of children and youth under section5103.038of the Revised Code shall make the program available to a prospective foster caregiver or foster caregiver without regard to the type of recommending agency from which the prospective foster caregiver or foster caregiver seeks a recommendation.
(B)A private child placing agency or private noncustodial agency operating a preplacement or continuing training program approved by the department of children and youth under section5103.038of the Revised Code may condition the enrollment of a prospective foster caregiver or foster caregiver in the program on either or both of the following:
