Text
A recommending agency may submit a request to the department of children and youth, on a case-by-case basis only, to waive any non-safety standards for a kinship caregiver seeking foster home certification. Non-safety standards include training hours and other requirements under sections5103.031and5103.032of the Revised Code and standards established by rules adopted under sections5103.03and5103.0316of the Revised Code, in accordance with 42 U.S.C. 671 (a)(10).
