(A)Not later than ninety-six hours after receiving notice from the superintendent of the bureau of criminal identification and investigation pursuant to section109.5721of the Revised Code that a foster caregiver has been arrested for, convicted of, or pleaded guilty to any foster caregiver-disqualifying offense, and not later than ninety-six hours after learning in any other manner that a foster caregiver has been arrested for, convicted of, or pleaded guilty to any foster caregiver-disqualifying offense, the department of children and youth shall provide notice of that arrest, conviction, or guilty plea to both the recommending agency relative to the foster caregiver and the custodial agency of any child currently placed with that caregiver.
