Text

Notwithstanding section106.03of the Revised Code, the department of children and youth shall review once every two years the department's rules governing visits and contacts by a public children services agency or private child placing agency with a child in the agency's custody and placed in foster care in this state. The department shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to ensure compliance with the department's rules governing agency visits and contacts with a child in its custody.
