(A)Whoever violates division (A) of section5101.27of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates division (A) of section5101.63or division (C)(2) of section5101.631of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
