(A)As used in this section, "public assistance" has the same meaning as in section5101.26of the Revised Code.
(B)The department of job and family services, in consultation with representatives designated by the county commissioners association of Ohio and the Ohio job and family services directors association, shall establish an evaluation system that rates each county department of job and family services in terms of its success with helping public assistance recipients obtain employment that enables the recipients to cease relying on public assistance.
