There is hereby created in the state treasury the Title IV-A reserve fund. If authorized by the agreement between the director of budget and management and the United States secretary of the treasury entered into pursuant to section131.36of the Revised Code, the director of budget and management may transfer to the Title IV-A reserve fund money appropriated for the Ohio works first program established under Chapter 5107. of the Revised Code and the prevention, retention, and contingency program established under Chapter 5108. of the Revised Code that is available at the end of a federal fiscal year after the appropriation is reconciled.
