Text

The county department of job and family services may enter into an agreement or contract with any private or government entity to perform the following duties:

(A)In accordance with division (G) of section5101.63of the Revised Code, receive reports made under that section;

(B)Perform the county department's duties under section5101.65of the Revised Code;

(C)Petition the court pursuant to section5101.68or5101.70of the Revised Code for an order authorizing the provision of protective services.
