Text
The department of job and family services shall do all of the following:
(A)Provide a program of ongoing, comprehensive, formal training on the implementation of sections5101.60to5101.73of the Revised Code and require all protective services caseworkers and their supervisors to undergo the training;
(B)Develop and make available educational materials for individuals who are required under section5101.63of the Revised Code to make reports of abuse, neglect, and exploitation;
(C)Facilitate ongoing cooperation among state agencies on issues pertaining to the abuse, neglect, or exploitation of adults.
