(A)As used in this section, "federal poverty line" has the same meaning as in section5162.01of the Revised Code.
(B)Within available funds, the department of job and family services shall distribute funds to the counties not later than thirty days after the beginning of each calendar quarter for a part of the counties' costs for protective services. Funds provided to a county under this section shall be deposited into the public assistance fund created under section5101.161of the Revised Code.
(C)In each fiscal year, the amount of funds available for distribution under this section shall be allocated to counties as follows:
