Text

(A)The county departments of job and family services shall implement sections5101.60to5101.71of the Revised Code.
(B)The director of job and family services may adopt rules in accordance with section111.15of the Revised Code to carry out the purposes of sections5101.60to5101.71of the Revised Code. The rules adopted pursuant to this division may include a requirement that the county departments provide on forms prescribed by the rules a plan of proposed expenditures, and a report of actual expenditures, of funds necessary to implement sections5101.60to5101.71of the Revised Code and other requirements for intake procedures, investigations, case management, and the provision of protective services.
