Text
(A)The department of job and family services shall redesign the employment and training program established under rules adopted by the department pursuant to division (A)(7) of section5101.54of the Revised Code. In redesigning the employment and training program, the department shall ensure that the new program meets the needs of employers in this state.
(B)Not later than July 1, 2024, the department shall appear before the finance committees of both the house of representatives and the senate to report on the redesigned employment and training program established under division (A) of this section.
