Text
The department of job and family services shall administer funds received under the "Refugee Act of 1980," 94 Stat. 102, 8 U.S.C.A. 1521, as amended. In administering the funds, the department may establish a refugee cash assistance program and a state legalization impact assistance program. The director of job and family services may adopt rules in accordance with section111.15of the Revised Code and issue appropriate orders as necessary for administration of these funds and programs.
