Text
The department of job and family services shall administer the distribution of food commodities received under the "Agricultural Adjustment Act," 48 Stat. 31, 7 U.S.C.A. 612c, as amended. The director of job and family services may adopt rules in accordance with section111.15of the Revised Code and issue appropriate orders as necessary for administration of the distribution program.
