(A)As used in this section:
(1)"Title IV-A" means Title IV-A of the "Social Security Act," 110 Stat. 2113 (1996), 42 U.S.C. 601, as amended.
(2)"Title XX" has the same meaning as in section5101.46of the Revised Code.
(B)To the extent authorized by federal law, the department of job and family services or the department of children and youth may use funds received through the Title IV-A temporary assistance for needy families block grant for purposes of providing Title XX social services. The amount used under this section shall not exceed the maximum amount permitted by federal law. The funds and provision of Title XX social services with the funds are not subject to section5101.46of the Revised Code.
