Text
The department of job and family services or the department of children and youth shall enter into any necessary agreements with the United States department of health and human services and neighboring states to join and participate as an active member in the public assistance reporting information system. The department may disclose information regarding a public assistance recipient to the extent necessary to participate as an active member in the public assistance reporting information system.
