Text
Subject to the availability of funds, the department of job and family services and the department of children and youth may provide annual financial, administrative, or other incentive awards to county family services agencies and local areas as defined in section6301.01of the Revised Code. A county family services agency or local area may spend an incentive awarded under this section only for the purpose for which the funds are appropriated. The departments may adopt internal management rules in accordance with section111.15of the Revised Code to establish the amounts of awards, methodology for distributing the awards, types of awards, and standards for administration.
