Text
(A)Except as provided by division (C) of this section, if the department of job and family services or the department of children and youth determines that a county family services agency has failed to comply with a performance or other administrative standard established under section5101.22of the Revised Code or by federal law for the administration or outcome of a family services duty, the department shall require the agency to develop, submit to the department for approval, and comply with a corrective action plan.
(B)If a county family services agency fails to develop, submit to the department, or comply with a corrective action plan under division (A) of this section, or the department disapproves the agency's corrective action plan, the department may require the agency to develo
