The director of job and family services and the director of children and youth may enter into a written agreement with one or more state agencies, as defined in section117.01of the Revised Code, and state universities and colleges to assist in the coordination, provision, or enhancement of the family services duties of a county family services agency or the workforce development activities of a local board, as defined in section6301.01of the Revised Code. The directors also may enter into written agreements or contracts with, or issue grants to, private and government entities under which funds are provided for the enhancement or innovation of family services duties or workforce development activities on the state or local level.
