The department of job and family services or the director of children and youth shall publish in a manner accessible to the public all of the following that concern family services duties for which grants included in grant agreements entered into under section5101.21of the Revised Code are awarded: state plans for receipt of federal financial participation, agreements between the department and a federal agency, and executive orders issued by the governor. The department may publish the materials electronically or otherwise.
