As the director of the state agency for the implementation of several workforce programs, the director of job and family services may enter into agreements with local boards, as defined in section6301.01of the Revised Code, and other OhioMeansJobs center partners for the purpose of implementing the requirements of section 121 of the "Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act," 29 U.S.C. 3151.
