Text

When the director of job and family services adopts rules under section5107.05of the Revised Code regarding income requirements for the Ohio works first program, the director shall determine what payments shall be regarded or disregarded. In making this determination, the director shall consider:

(A)The source of the payment;
(B)The amount of the payment;
(C)The purpose for which the payment was made;
(D)Whether regarding the payment as income would be in the public interest;
(E)Whether treating the payment as income would be detrimental to any of the programs administered in whole or in part by the department of job and family services and whether such determination would jeopardize the receipt of any federal grant or payment by the state or any receipt of aid under Chapter 5107
