Text

The director of job and family services may expend funds appropriated or available to the department of job and family services from public or private entities, including other governmental agencies; public or private institutions, organizations, agencies, and corporations; and individuals. For purposes of this section, the director may enter into contracts or agreements with public and private entities and make grants to public and private entities. To the extent permitted by federal law, the director may advance funds to a grantee when necessary for the grantee to perform duties under the grant as specified by the director. The director may adopt internal management rules in accordance with section111.15of the Revised Code to define terms and adopt procedures and other provisions necess
