Text
(A)When the director of job and family services or the director of children and youth is authorized by the Revised Code to adopt a rule, the director shall adopt the rule in accordance with the following:
(1)Chapter 119. of the Revised Code if any of the following apply:
(a)The rule concerns the administration or enforcement of Chapter 4141. of the Revised Code;
(b)The rule concerns a program administered by the department of job and family services or the director of children and youth, unless the statute authorizing the rule requires that it be adopted in accordance with section111.15of the Revised Code;
(c)The statute authorizing the rule requires that the rule be adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
