Text
(A)Whoever violates section4951.53of the Revised Code shall be fined fifty dollars and imprisoned for not less than ten nor more than thirty days.
(B)Whoever violates section4951.56of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars.
