Text

Every person or company engaged in the operating of interurban cars for a greater distance than ten miles between the corporate limits of municipal corporations shall place and maintain within such cars, so run or operated, a water closet or dry hopper closet, properly and sanitarily constructed, and suitable drinking water for the use of the passengers of such cars. The public utilities commission shall enforce this section.
