The officials in charge of the general election shall arrange, provide for, and conduct the submission of the question of a grant as provided in section4951.43of the Revised Code to such electors. The question whether the grant shall be made shall be submitted to the electors of such city at the succeeding general election occurring more than ninety days after the expiration of the sixty days provided in such section. If the grant is for the construction of elevated tracks, the ballots shall read "Elevated Railroad Grant--Yes", "Elevated Railroad Grant--No". If the grant is for the construction of underground tracks, the ballots shall read "Underground Railroad Grant--Yes", "Underground Railroad Grant--No".
