Text
After a grant referred to in section4951.34of the Revised Code has been made the company operating the elevated or underground railroad may appropriate private property necessary for the use and enjoyment of the grant, including terminals and way stations, for the purpose of constructing and operating its railroad in the manner and upon the terms provided for in sections163.01to163.22, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
