Text

(A)No public utility shall file a rate increase application covering a municipal corporation pursuant to section4909.18or4909.35of the Revised Code at any time prior to six months before the expiration of an ordinance of that municipal corporation enacted for the purpose of establishing the rates of that public utility.
(B)Not later than thirty days prior to the filing of an application pursuant to section4909.18or4909.35of the Revised Code, a public utility shall notify, in writing, the mayor and legislative authority of each municipality included in such application of the intent of the public utility to file an application, and of the proposed rates to be contained therein.
