Text
(A)If the proceeding on an application filed with the public utilities commission under section4909.18of the Revised Code by an electric light company requesting an increase on any rate, rate mechanism, joint rate, toll, classification, charge, or rental or requesting a change in a regulation or practice affecting the same has not been concluded and an opinion and order entered pursuant to section4909.19of the Revised Code at the expiration of two hundred seventy-five days from the date of the filing of the application, the company may request a temporary increase, and any party to the proceeding may request a temporary decrease, which shall go into effect and remain in effect until modified in accordance with the commission's order based upon the merits of the application.
