Text
(A)As used in this section, "electric distribution utility" has the same meaning as in section4928.01of the Revised Code.
(B)Not later than December 31, 2029, and at least every three years thereafter, each electric distribution utility shall file a rate case application regarding distribution service under section4909.18of the Revised Code.
