Text
An electric light company proposing a forecasted test period under division (C)(1)(a) of section4909.15of the Revised Code shall provide any financial information required by that section from the company's full books. The public utilities commission shall ensure appropriate protections against the disclosure of the company's trade secrets or proprietary information.
